Lighthouse was founded by Mark McAlpine who draws on over 10 years’ experience in recruitment and having worked directly for Aged Care providers and recruitment agencies.
The motivation of Lighthouse stemmed from the evolving landscape that the Aged Care sector currently finds itself in and the pursuit to provide a professional and specialised recruitment service.

Meet Nicola, our Recruitment Manager
Nicola has over 7 years experience recruiting in the aged care sector. Nic has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the needs and wants of her candidates and clients. Successfully recruiting positions from Regional Managers to Registered Nurses across metro and regional QLD .
Nic is extremely passionate and dedicated to her role, a good listener, supportive, and focused to provide the best recruitment experience by matching her candidates and clients together.
Although deeply connected to Aged Care, Nic is interested in health, fitness, family, and is a massive animal lover. Nic has a great sense of humour and loves to make others smile.

Caitlin is an experienced Aged Care recruiter, who always aspires to find the perfect fit for candidates and clients alike.
